Information you provide
Proper Peptides collects email and authentication details for researcher accounts; names, phone numbers and shipping addresses you choose to save; and purchase information needed to manage orders. Wholesale applications collect business and contact details for review. Please do not submit medical histories, health conditions or other sensitive personal information.
Account creation and wholesale applications do not subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter subscription requires a separate affirmative email-marketing choice, recorded with the wording and version you accepted. Phone numbers supplied for account or delivery purposes are not SMS marketing consent.
Services that receive information
Lovable Cloud hosts the catalog, signed-in saved carts, account, application, historical order and consent records, including researcher self-declarations. Anonymous saved carts stay in your browser. Shopify checkout is retired on this site; historical records are preserved. Newsletter consent is stored in Cloud and is not exported to the previously connected marketing account. Payments and promotional email delivery are inactive pending approved providers. Hosting services may process information in countries other than yours.
When permitted, Search Atlas may receive page visits, device/browser information and network identifiers for website measurement and optimization. Google Analytics/Tag Manager and Meta advertising tracking are currently paused pending configuration and eligibility review; accepting optional purposes does not activate these paused tags. No customer-identifier matching or customer-list uploads are enabled by this site's code.
Optional tracking and Global Privacy Control
Site-controlled optional trackers stay off until you accept their purposes. You can reject optional tracking without losing access to shopping. Necessary account/session storage, cart storage and your privacy-choice record support the service. Hosting providers may also maintain operational logs and aggregate service analytics; these are distinct from the optional marketing tags controlled here.
Use the controls below to withdraw permission or opt out of advertising data sharing. Global Privacy Control blocks site-controlled advertising even if you previously accepted. Advertising choices, timestamp, a random browser identifier and notice version are saved as evidence. Previous acceptance records are retained when a later refusal is saved. Withdrawing reloads the page to stop already-loaded optional scripts; it does not undo information previously transmitted. Browser choices apply to this browser; repeat them on other devices.
Your personal information requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or an opt-out of sharing or targeted advertising, without discrimination. Use the form below; requests are saved for owner review, not completed automatically. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. An authorized agent may explain their authorization in the request. For email marketing, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or request help here. Tracking rejection alone does not unsubscribe email.
Account, order and business records are retained to provide the service and meet applicable legal, tax and fraud-prevention needs. Exact retention periods, the business's legal contact details and contractual terms require owner/legal review; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion schedule or certify compliance with any law. Checkout providers have separate controls and notices.
